who really need train ticket and other travel services in Vietnam. We decided to
charge in advance to guarantee to our clients that they will have tickets &
travel services booked & confirmed prior to their arrival in Vietnam. Basing on
our long term experience, we can issue ticket for nearly 99% of orders, but not
to promise 100% available at high season. Please consider to make your schedule
at least 30 days in advance, though sometimes we receive order and arrange
tickets for travelers just 1 day prior to the client's departure date.

Vietnam Railway train & Tourist train
Please make full payment in
advance by your credit, debit card or bank transfer. In case we cannot take
bed/seat for you, we fully refund your deposited amount. Service charge per
ticket sometimes is higher than real short distance ticket price. Please be
noticed. All ticket prices reflect real ticket cost plus our handling fee &
service charge. If you don't agree with our price policy, please come to station
by yourself to buy ticket at VN Railway station counter. In case all soft bed
are occupied, we will try to arrange hard bed or soft seat. If we cannot arrange
your expected train, we will ask you for other option by mail.

delivery
Delivery to your hotel in
Vietnam by EMS or Saigon Post , they are prestige domestic EMS
service providers in
Vietnam. In
Hanoi, we will deliver tickets directly to your hotel, in that case we
still charge the delivery fee. If you have not yet made hotel reservation, We
can place hotel booking for you at your budget. Please stay in departure city at
least one night for ticket delivery. We do not suggest you make fast schedule in
Vietnam.
+ Our ticketing policy for
domestic Tourist trains
Tourist trains are operated by
private Tourist or transportation service companies in
Vietnam. Ticket price of these Tourist trains are different from
standard trains of Vietnam Railway and some tourist
train operators just sell tickets to those who shall stay in their own hotel.
+ Legal Basis
Please subscribe tourist insurance
in your country for your travel. Travel insurance in
Vietnam follows up BaoViet insurance regulations that means, It
is not enough for your medical treatment or any compensation for any loss or
damage items when traveling in
Vietnam. We are not liable for any loss or damage of your personal
possession when traveling.
